  • Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery

8. Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase
  • By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived, where legally permitted

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are an EU consumer:

  • You have the right to withdraw from physical product purchases within 14 days of delivery
  • Digital products may be exempt once delivery has started with your consent
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated
